Since our last update, Bill has resolved a number of substantial client claims. They are reported on our Case Reports web page. There are several new personal injury awards reported including one for $315,000 for a serious motor vehicle accident causing a broken leg. Also reported, Bill obtained favorable outcomes in Bristol Superior Court in two civil litigation cases. On the home front, Bill was reelected to a 25th term of office as Dighton Town Moderator in the April town election. Bill was recently elected President of the Fall River Bar Association. Also, Bill was elected Vice President of the Fall River Country Club.
