Since our last update, Bill has resolved a number of substantial client claims. They are reported on our Case Reports web page. There are several new personal injury awards reported including one for $315,000 for a serious motor vehicle accident causing a broken leg. Also reported, Bill obtained favorable outcomes in Bristol Superior Court in two civil litigation cases. On the home front, Bill was reelected to a 22nd term of office as Dighton Town Moderator in the April town election. Bill was elected to Secretary of the Fall River Country Club where he also serves on the Finance Committee and the Green Committee. Bill was elected to the Massachusetts Bar Association House of Delegates representing Bristol County. Bill was recently elected Treasurer to the Fall River Bar Association after serving as its Secretary for two years.
